Eperfa offers this website, including all information, tools and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.

By visiting our site and/ or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink.

Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.

SECTION 1 - PLACING AN ORDER

By placing an order at Eperfa, you agree to have read and understood these terms and conditions.

Once you have placed an order and confirmed the payment of the items, an email will be sent to you to inform you of the order having been received. At this moment you become bound by your order. After the items are dispatched to the address you have provided during the ordering process, an email notification will be sent to you.

SECTION 2 - PRICES AND PAYMENTS

Prices shown on the website are shown in EURO and are inclusive of VAT at the applicable rate unless you have selected a shipping address outside of the European Union where VAT is not chargeable. For orders dispatched outside of the EU customs import duties and local taxes may apply. These costs are to be paid by you and are not included in the prices stated on this website.

Payments can be made by any means supported by our payment service provider. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account at the end of the checkout process.

SECTION 3 - SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We ship to all countries of the EU and to selected countries worldwide. The shipping charge depends on the country of destination and the purchase amount. If the items are in stock they are normally shipped within 5 working days from the warehouse in Hungary.

Once your order is delivered to the applicable carrier company the title and risk of loss transfer to you. You will be responsible for all shipping and related charges in the event, but not limited to, a shipment being refused or delivery failure due to absence of the receiver, errors in information provided or failure to pay foreign import duties or taxes.

SECTION 4 - RESERVATION OF TITLE

Full ownership over the items purchased is retained by Eperfa and the title shall not pass to you until the purchase price has been paid in full and received by us.

SECTION 5 - INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS

All content included on our site, such as works, images, pictures, music, sounds, videos, documents, drawings, figures, logos, menus, web pages, graphics, colours, schemes, tools, fonts, designs, diagrams, layouts, methods, processes, functions and software (collectively, “Content”), is the property of Eperfa and is protected by national and international copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, publish, distribute, display, modify, create derivative work from, or exploit in any way, in whole or in part, the Content without the prior express written consent of Eperfa as the case may be.

Eperfa shall have the exclusive right to authorize or prohibit in their sole discretion any reproduction, publication, distribution, display, modification, creation of derivative work from, or exploitation in any way, in whole or in part, of the Content.

By agreeing to these Terms of Service, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your country of residence.

With regard to wood and leather products the following limitation of liability applies: Possible slight variations in color and surface finish between the image and the delivered goods are due to technical reasons and do not constitute a defect.

No liability is assumed for defects of leather products which are caused by violating the care instructions. Insignificant reasonable deviations regarding workmanship (color and finish) are reserved, as long as these are customary and within the nature of the used materials (wood, leather, fabrics etc.). Wood is a natural product that can feature a certain degree of natural deviation. The color of the wood may change due to exposure to sunlight and oxygen.

No warranty obligation exists for damage caused by normal deterioration as well as improper use.

We do not guarantee, represent or warrant that your use of our service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free.

You agree that from time to time we may remove the service for indefinite periods of time or cancel the service at any time, without notice to you.

You expressly agree that your use of, or inability to use, the service is at your sole risk. The service and all products and services delivered to you through the service are (except as expressly stated by us) provided 'as is' and 'as available' for your use, without any representation, warranties or conditions of any kind, either express or implied, including all implied warranties or conditions of merchantability, merchantable quality, fitness for a particular purpose, durability, title, and non-infringement.

In no case shall Eperfa, our directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, contractors, interns, suppliers, service providers or licensors be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages, whether based in contract, tort (including negligence), strict liability or otherwise, arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service, or for any other claim related in any way to your use of the service or any product, including, but not limited to, any errors or omissions in any content, or any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of the use of the service or any content (or product) posted, transmitted, or otherwise made available via the service, even if advised of their possibility.
