EPERFA RETURNS POLICY
If, for any reason you are not satisfied with our products, you may return them and we will offer a refund based upon the original payment method. You have to inform us about your intention to return by e-mail to email@example.com within 14 days after receiving your items.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the undamaged original packaging. If you return a set, it has to include all of its components.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted: (if applicable)
* Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
* The value of the item is diminished resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the item.
To return your product, you should mail your product to: Eperfa, Kempelen Farkas u. 6, 1124 Budapest, Hungary. Your products have to arrive no later than 14 days after communicating the returns to us to be eligible for a refund.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
Please note that any import duties, taxes and fees you have paid for the delivery of the purchased products shall not be refunded.
Exchanges and Warranty
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. The legal warranty period amounts to two years starting from the date of delivery according to EU law.
You have to pay for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Upon receiving, inspecting and verifying that the items are defective as described, we will arrange either a full refund including your return shipping costs or exchange at no further cost to you.
We are liable for defects according to the legal requirements, insofar as liability is not excluded or limited according to the following provisions. An assignment of corresponding claims is excluded.
With regard to wood and leather products the following limitation of liability applies: Possible slight variations in colour and surface finish between the image and the delivered items are due to technical reasons and do not constitute a defect.
No liability is assumed for defects of leather products which are caused by violating the care instructions. Insignificant reasonable deviations regarding workmanship (colour and finish) are reserved, as long as these are customary and within the nature of the used materials (wood, leather, fabrics etc.). Wood is a natural product that can feature a certain degree of natural deviation. The colour of the wood may change due to exposure to sunlight and oxygen.
No warranty obligation exists for damage caused by normal deterioration as well as improper use.
If goods are delivered with obvious shipping damage, please report them to the carrier immediately and contact us as soon as possible.
Failure to make a complaint or contact us will have no consequences for your statutory warranty rights. However, they help us to be able to assert our own claims against the carrier or the transport insurance.
